Firefighters put out fire in Braamfontein

The Citizen reports that a third fire broke out in Johannesburg, this time at a building in Braamfontein.

EWN has tweeted that the fire has been put out.

The first fire this month was at a factory on Eloff Street, while the second was at the Bank of Lisbon building in the CBD.

The Bank of Lisbon fire claimed the lives of three firefighters, and took two and a half days to put out.

The memorial for those three brave fighters was today.

My Take

There is nothing much to be said here. Hopefully an investigation will be launched to find the cause of the fire.
